Bio: Claudio “Piojo” Lopez is a former Argentine soccer player who emerged from Racing Club (ARG). Great foward remembered as an idol at Valencia CF in Spain. The Racing Club fans also remember him with great affection, for having scored several important goals wearing that shirt. With the Argentinian national team he participated in theFrance 1998 and Korea – Japan 2002 World Cup. At Valencia CF stayed during four seasons in which he scored 74 goals. “El Piojo” became very popular in Spain after playing several spectacular games against Barcelona coach back then by the Dutchman Louis van Gaal, managing to score a total of 12 goals in 15 games against the Catalan team.
