BIO: Diego Barrado, mediocampista surgido de River Plate, debutó en Primera en 2001 y fue parte del plantel campeón del Clausura 2003. Quedó en el recuerdo de los hinchas por su gol ante Olimpo en Bahía Blanca, que selló el triunfo 2-0 y le dio el título al Millonario una fecha antes del final.
Diego Barrado, a midfielder developed through River Plate’s youth academy, made his first-team debut in 2001 and was part of the squad that won the 2003 Clausura tournament. He is fondly remembered by River fans for his goal against Olimpo in Bahía Blanca, sealing a 2-0 win that secured the league title for El Millonario with one match to spare.
